How do I activate my product? The activation guides for our most popular products can be found in the support section of our web site. In case your product is not listed there, please contact us and we will provide step-by-step instructions. The product I bought does not work, what should I do next? Can I install the Windows offered by your e-shop on a computer which does not have any operating system currently? Yes, you can but you will need another computer to create a bootable USB.  Can I transfer the key from one device to another? Yes, you can. Special conditions apply to some products. When will I receive my product(s)? Most products on our e-shop are delivered within 5 minutes after we have received your payment successfully. Do you provide invoice for the purchase? Yes, to each order we provide an invoice for the purchase. What documents do you provide with the purchase? You will recieve at least: an invoice, a separate certificate for each product containing product key(s), and a warranty declaration.
