Microsoft Phone activation system

To activate Microsoft products, you can call the Microsoft phone activation system.

1. Obtain the Installation ID:

   • Open any Office application from the suite (e.g., Word or Excel).

   • Access Activation Wizard:

     1. • When the software prompts you to activate, choose the option to activate via telephone.

        • If not, go to File > Account > Activate Product and select Activate by Telephone.

   • Select Your Country/Region - From the dropdown, select the country.

   • The wizard will display a long numeric Installation ID. Write this down or keep the window open.

2. Call Microsoft Activation Center:

• You can find the local number from the link here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/-telephone-activation-is-no-longer-supported-for-your-product-error-when-activating-office-9b016cd2-0811-4cb3-b896-5a6a13177713 

• The automated system or agent will ask you to input or dictate the Installation ID (from Step 1).

• Receive Confirmation ID.

• After validation, you'll receive a long Confirmation ID.

• Write it down carefully.

3. Enter the Confirmation ID:

   • Return to the Activation Wizard - On the screen where you copied the Installation ID, you'll find a space to input the Confirmation ID.

   • Input the ID - Type the numbers provided by the Activation Center into the corresponding fields.

   • Complete the Activation - Once entered, click Activate to finalize the process.

   • Open the application and check under File > Account to confirm that the product is activated.

Notes: Ensure your product key is valid for the version you are activating.
